Job Summary
In this exciting role, you will take the lead in developing, implementing, and managing Orffa’s external communication and marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for translating our strategic objectives into creative and impactful  communication plans that strengthen Orffa’s market presence and support our ambition to be recognized as a thought leader through continuous innovation across our three feed solutions. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders — including the Internal Communications Manager, Sales, Marketing, and Regional Managing Directors — to ensure a consistent and inspiring brand message across all markets. General Functions
- Develop and execute Orffa’s global external communication strategy in line with the company’s mission, vision, and commercial goals
- Manage and optimise the communication budget, ensuring a strong return on investment
- Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns that promote business growth and strengthen brand awareness
- Collaborate with regional teams and internal departments to ensure message consistency and alignment across all touchpoints
- Use analytics and data insights to measure success and refine future communication strategies
- Coordinate key projects such as M&A communications, product launches, and new value propositions
- Integrate new technologies, including AI tools, to innovate and improve marketing effectiveness
- Oversee the planning, creation, and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring brand alignment and high-quality output
- Develop and maintain CRM communication strategies that support our global marketing and customer engagement goals

Education / Experience Requirements
 
Education
-  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
Professional experience
- At least 3 to 7 years of experience in a B2B environment, preferably within an international setting
- Proven expertise in corporate communication, data-driven marketing, and audience engagement
- Hands-on, proactive, and creative — able to translate complex business ideas into clear and compelling messages
- Familiar with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and emerging technologies such as AI
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to align cross-functional teams globally
- Experience in managing budgets and external partners
Languages
- Fluent in Dutch and English (additional languages are a plus)
