About the Role

In this position, you will become part of the Finance department. You will be responsible for organizing and carrying out daily administrative and accounting tasks. This includes work related to accounts payable, receivables, cash processing, and expense claims.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the financial administration and accounting system is accurate and up-to-date, including amongst others:
    • processing purchase invoices, 
    • preparing payments, and 
    • sales invoices
  • Support the Finance Manager to ensure that the administration complies with local law and regulation (e.g. supplier tax invoices, and store hardcopy invoices)
  • Assist the Finance Manager in the monthly and annual financial closing procedures
  • Monitor Account Receivables and initiating dunning process as needed
  • Record and Process employees' expense claims
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as the purchase, sales and customer service department to ensure timely and accurately execution of administrative tasks

  

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business-related field
  • Good in written and spoken English and Thai
  • 2 or more years of experience in accounts payable, taxation, or general accounting
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles, VAT and WHT regulations, and bank reconciliation processes
  • Computer literacy in general and MS Office (Words, Excel, Power Point etc.)
  • Experience with SAP system is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently when needed
