Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on AI Specialist to join Orffa and embed practical AI solutions across all functions of the company. You will be the driver of our AI adoption – from marketing and supply chain, to finance, R&D, and regulatory – by designing and deploying custom AI agents, automating workflows, and integrating tools like Microsoft Copilot. This is not a research position. It is a practical, applied role where you will deliver real business impact, day by day.
General Functions
- Identify opportunities to embed AI in daily work across Orffa functions
- Build, configure, and deploy custom AI agents tailored to Orffa’s processes
- Integrate AI into our SAP ERP, CRM, Office 365, and digital workflows
- Evaluate and manage external AI tools and vendors
- Train and support colleagues to adopt AI confidently and responsibly
- Translate Orffa’s global strategy into concrete AI-driven improvements
- Stay up to date on AI trends and recommend relevant tools for Orffa

Education / Experience Requirements
Education
- Masters in data science, AI, Computer Science, or Business Information Systems
- Alternative: Bachelor with a strong record in applied AI/automation
Professional experience
- 0-2 years of experience in applied AI/digital transformation
- Skilled in LLMs, agent frameworks, MS Office and ERP/CRM integration
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Result-driven and solution-focused work attitude
Languages
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Any other language is a plus
